Content removal

We take removal requests seriously and review every one, normally within2 business days.

Fastest route

1. Open the page for the number and find the comment.
2. Click Report under the comment. This flags it for moderator review.
3. Then send us the details via the contact form or by email tohello@whoiscallingme.net: the number, which comment, and why it should be removed (e.g. it identifies you personally, it's false, it's your business number being misrepresented).

Where a complaint concerns the number as a whole, we can withdraw every report on it and any business listing shown for it, close it to new reports and remove it from search engines. Factual details from the Number Administration Deed registerremain, since those are public record.

What we remove

• Personal information about identifiable individuals
• Content that is defamatory, abusive or unlawful
• Reports that clearly target the wrong number
• Business listings that are out of date or name the wrong business
• Spam, advertising and off-topic material

Business owners

If your business number is listed with reports you believe are wrong, contact us with evidence you control the number (e.g. an email from the organisation's official domain). We can review all comments on the number and, where an organisation publishes the number on an official "numbers we call from" page, add a verified badge so callers can check legitimacy.
